Herbal Treatment For Cats With Skin Wounds
January 20th, 2011 . by adminMitty, my cat, had a cat fight with one of the stray cats in our neighborhood, which had stolen his food. Because of the cat fight, Mitty suffered external skin wounds. Though the wounds were not too serious, it still bothered me. I consulted a vet and she recommended a certain medicine for the wound. However, the medicine was not available in any drugstore in our place that time. One of our neighbors learned about my problem. She gave me calendula, a pot marigold which she also uses as a herbal treatment for cats with skin wounds. Luckily, the herb effectively healed my cat’s wounds.
