We’re getting a dog. My husband and I have finally caved in and told our three children that we can. They are thrilled. We have a friend who works for the local animal shelter who told us that a litter of puppies is ready for adopting. I am already worrying about things. For instance, I know nothing about pet meds. I do realize that there are things like heart worm medicine that we will need to buy, but from where?
